The role sits within a close working Payroll and HR department and you will be given total autonomy and ownership of the payroll and an outstanding team! Leading change management projects and initiatives to continuously improve the organisation's payroll system capabilities, payroll processes and service delivery that reflect best practice principles and strategy!

In this position you are required, but not limited to:
Highly desirable experience on PRECEDA payroll system.
Must have Payroll Management experience.
Must be strong on Awards and EBAs
Must be ready to get hands on payroll processing.
Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
Support the wider team with technical and customer queries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in management of a Payroll function, services and team
Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills
Be able to coach, mentor and train staff
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
