ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, your prime focus will be the management of financial resources, accounting and ICT systems. Your responsibilities range from budgets, timely provision of accurate month end accounting reports for management, provision of detailed financial performance analysis, Board reports, coordination of external annual financial and regulatory audits, to supervising a small finance team. You will also have responsibility for assisting managers understand their results and working on improving performance. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to the CEO to assist in executing new strategic initiatives. This role will be a key member of the executive enjoying broad responsibilities and require a need to partner across the wider organisation.
