We supply all sorts of merchandise and licensed products to uniforms, promotional items, display stands and so much more.
As a result of recent growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include (not limited to):
General admin & reception duties
Assisting with quoting
- Taking advice from sales and production team
- Research products
- Research the brief
- General tasks such as working on quotes, productions, pricelists, receiving inwards and outwards stock
- Working with vendors, clients
- Must have experience in Office Suite
- Some overall graphic experience is handy but not essential
Assisting with production
- Work with graphics team under instruction
- Meeting deadlines in production
- Organisation of freight
- Stock control - counting inventory
- Quality control of orders coming in and going out
- Assist with ecommerce orders
- Assist all team members with trouble shooting as and when required
You will have the following
- Vibrant, bubbly and enthusiastic
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reception or Administration experience
- Great computer skills and confident with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with good time management skills.
- Positive Can Do attitude no tasks too small
- Positive phone manner
