Trainee Administration Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven person who is committed to completing a Certificate III qualification in Business Administration. This role is located in Dubbo, NSW.

Industry experience is not required as full training will be provided.

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties including answering and making telephone calls,
  • Receipting payments and banking preparation,
  • Data entry and database management,
  • General office duties including but not limited to: filing, stationery management, photo copying and other duties as required. 

Applicants must:

  • Be effective in communicating with a diverse group of individuals (consumers, builders and plumbers and other staff).
  • Be professionally presented with a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Be dedicated to completing the qualifications and term of the traineeship.
  • Be willing to learn and take direction.
  • High level personal motivation.
  • Sound computer skills.

While you will not need industry experience, customer service experience is preferred along with confidence, initiative, enthusiasm and ambition. You will receive on the job training and the opportunity to progress further within the company.
