Trainee Office Administration

Due to continual growth we are looking for a Trainee Office Administrator  to  join our close knit team.

Required by the Successful candidate:

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and good customer service skills.
  • Sound computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, organisation, multi-tasking and time management..
  • Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and professional appearance.
  • Hard working, organised, punctual, honest and reliable.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the phones
  • Meet and greet our clients, customers and visitors to the office
  • Filing, photocopying, emailing laminating etc
  • Providing administrative support to other team members
  • Other duties as necessary
