We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Client Director to join our team. This role will work alongside the Managing Director, in a critical leadership position. Your initial responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and review of financial statements and taxation returns
  • Structuring for tax effectiveness and asset protection
  • Tax consulting and business advisory
  • Attending to complex income tax issues and prepare advice pieces where necessary
  • Management of internal and client communications
  • Developing and managing strong client relationships and own client base
  • Leading and mentoring a team
  • Assist with converting prospects/ leads into new clients
  • Exposure to complex and high profile clients
  • Utilise best practice suite of cloud based software and systems


  • Possess a minimum of 8 years Australian public practice experience in Tax and Business Services 
  • Strongly align with our vision, mission and values
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Exceptional communication, people skills and work ethic
  • Experience working as a manager or director within business services
  • Strong technical knowledge in tax and accounting principles
  • Experience with complex structures including SMSFs
  • Friendly, positive and personable, yet ambitious, motivated and driven
  • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Highly value long term, strong relationships
  • Ability to communicate, report to and present to clients is essential
  • You want to make a difference/ meaningful contribution in the lives of clients, the team in which you work, and the broader community
  • Ability to contribute to and develop the firms leadership team along with mentoring the accounting team on Tax Advisory and technical matters.
  • Proficient in Xero, XPM and Excel
