In this Bookkeeping/Office Administration position you will be the facilitating the Accounts Payable and Receivable for the company. You will also be involved in Human Resources and Office Administration tasks. This is a busy, hands on role and reports directly to the General Manager and Directors.



About You


The ideal candidate will:


  • Be a warm, engaging person able to connect with people easily.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in processing accounts, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Practical experience with Reckon/Quickbooks and database software with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to empathise and understand our customers needs
  • Self-motivated, diligent and the willingness to follow directions. 
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Accurate and timely management of processing supplier accounts
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a small team focused environment


Key Responsibilities:


Your new position as Bookkeeper/Office Administration will include the following duties:


  • Manage and process Accounts Payable and Receivable ensuring cash flow  is maintained 
  • Maintain and nurture positive and long standing relationships with existing and new suppliers and customers.
  • Day-to-day management of phone calls, emails, customer sales and running checks to ensure procedures are followed and bills and payments are processed correctly
  • Working with suppliers to effectively resolve issues
  • Processing weekly/monthly corporate accounts
  • Assist with Human Resource Administration
  • General administration duties as required.

Essential Criteria


  • Minimum 3 years experience is a similar role
  • Accounting software experience is a must.
  • Warm engaging personality
  • Police clearance
  • Current drivers licence
