Bookkeeper / Office Administration

In this Bookkeeping/Office Administration position you will be the facilitating the Accounts Payable and Receivable for the company. You will also be involved in Human Resources and Office Administration tasks. This is a busy, hands on role and reports directly to the General Manager and Directors.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a warm, engaging person able to connect with people easily.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years experience in processing accounts, reconciliations, and reporting
Practical experience with Reckon/Quickbooks and database software with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to empathise and understand our customers needs
Self-motivated, diligent and the willingness to follow directions.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Accurate and timely management of processing supplier accounts
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
Demonstrated ability to work in a small team focused environment
Your new position as Bookkeeper/Office Administration will include the following duties:
Manage and process Accounts Payable and Receivable ensuring cash flow is maintained
Maintain and nurture positive and long standing relationships with existing and new suppliers and customers.
Day-to-day management of phone calls, emails, customer sales and running checks to ensure procedures are followed and bills and payments are processed correctly
Working with suppliers to effectively resolve issues
Processing weekly/monthly corporateaccounts
Assist with Human Resource Administration
General administration duties as required.
Minimum 3 years experience is a similar role
Accounting software experience is a must.
Warm engaging personality
Current drivers licence
