Qualifications & experience

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes;

  • Experience in customer service is preferable
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Proficient computing skills (specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must be 18 years old and over
  • Good computer skills and adaptability to new technologies
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

Tasks & responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Reception duties
  • Data entry, record keeping, filing
  • Answering enquiries via telephone and emails
  • Providing general administration support to students, trainers, staff and management

Skills and experience (desirable)

  • RTO administration experience 
  • Experience using Vettrak, STELA and Avetmiss
  • Qualification in either Business or Administration
  • Current Working with Children Check/Police Check
