Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community with professional and highly motivated staff.

We are offering a permanent role of Customer Service Officer in the team at our Mandurah (Cooper Street) office. The position involves a combination of customer interaction and administrative tasks. The current vacancy is 2 days per week.

Wed like to hear from suitable applicants who are interested in joining a people-oriented organisation.  You will ideally have proven administrative skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Professional customer service skills in a face-to-face environment
  • Front desk experience with the ability to handle simultaneous demands
  • Sound administration skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, Customer databases and telephone system
  • Working in a motivated and supportive team environment
  • Pro-active attitude towards process improvement
