FRONT DESK OFFICER

The Next Education and Migration Services Pty Ltd is an Australian Proprietary Company registered on 21 Dec 2015 to provide education and migration services to its clients, which is a sister company of The Next Education consultancy Pvt Ltd Nepal. Currently we are providing our service to our students from Sydney and Perth in Australia, and major 8 cities in Nepal including Kathmandu head office. Our organisation has single minded focus; to guide students to the best possible institutions and locations to enable them to build their future. Using our expertise and vast experience, we can identify the most suitable institutions, courses and migration options for each client. Our excellent network with the Australian Institutions helps us to deliver the best services to our students

We have an exciting opportunity for a FRONT DESK OFFICER to join our team based in Sydney. Were looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in NSW. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to

• Reception of clients including students and visitors
• Referrals of enquiries to the related department or personnel
• Maintain smooth operation and deliver high service quality to our clients.
• Excellence in administrative skills and showing high level of professionalism when responding to clients potential needs, requests or queries.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as per the need.
• Must have knowledge of Australian Education Industry. PIER Certification is preferable.

About the applicant:

• At least one year of experience in the field (preferable)

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
