Stores / Fitter

Moorabbin based workshop / stores role, Stores professional with mechanical capabilities, or, Experienced fitter looking to develop broader skills.

Established industrial hydraulic company located in Moorabbin looking for a full time salaried member of our small team. This could suit either:

• A professional store person with mechanical aptitude, skills and capabilities
• An experienced Fitter looking for a wide variety of activities including all stores functions

We seek a flexible, motivated person with a productive work ethic and good presentation, team and communication skills. Excellent health and a fork lift licence are pre-requisites.  Hands on hydraulic technical knowledge would be an advantage.

It is an autonomous role requiring organisational and time management skills to ensure accurate, consistent expediting of customers orders and timely receipting, picking and packing.  You will be capable of managing jobs to a successful outcome with workshop assemblies, installations, repairs and servicing.

This role has potential growth into customer service / sales roles.
