Finance Officer (Darwin)

If you have a proven track record for achieving results we would like to hear from you! NT Link Pty Ltd has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Finance Officer to join our team in Darwin.

Applicants must demonstrate experience in;

• Prepare and process goods receipts, invoices, statement reconciliations and payments related to accounts payable.

• Prepare and process invoices, monthly statements and collections related to accounts receivable.

• Prepare petty cash, credit card & bank reconciliations.

• Providing support for the transactional activities of the transport & payroll departments.

• Verify the accuracy of documents and records relating to financial transactions.

To be successful in this role you will have Certificate II Business or equivalent, minimum 1 years' experience in similar role; Demonstrates strong listening, speaking and writing skills. Exchange's ideas and information effectively. Establishes rapport with others, both internal and external to the company. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Baseplan or similar accounting package.
