This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional Sales and Customer Experience guru to join an iconic Australian brand and play a critical role in achieving sales forecasts and delivering world class customer experience. As the Head of Sales and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for developing strategies to maximise revenue, sales and profit in the short term, as well as sales forecast and pricing strategies to maximise income in future years. You will also increase customer loyalty and engagement through offerings based on data-driven insights. Championing the use of customer data and analytical insights, you will position the customer as central to decision making and encourage a lifetime view of the customer across the company. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales, you will have three direct reports and oversee a broader team across customer experience, box office, ticketing, database analysis and maintenance. In addition, you will work closely with marketing and digital, as well as across the broader company to best understand our audience and revenue goals.
Degree qualified in Business/Finance or related fields, you’ll demonstrate highly developed critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to provide business intel to develop strategies to both forecast and achieve sales and income targets. Your strong track record in ticketing-based sales models will be complimented with outstanding quantitative data analysis, actionable insights, modelling and analysis experience. Your energy and influence as a leader, combined with your exceptional grasp of customer relationship management principles, systems and applications has enabled you to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes. In addition to Executive level interpersonal and communication skills, “Tessitura” CRM experience would be highly desirable.
