WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team.
You will be the sole face of our Brisbane operation, therefore you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask while working independently.
You will be required to have a minimum 3 years working experience within the industry, with a sound understanding of bathroom & kitchen products. You must have an in depth knowledge of the intricacies of a bathroom build/renovation.
You will be client focused, offering excellent customer service, ensuring you exceed expectations & strive to bring their vision to life.
We are looking for a someone who actively keeps up to date with current & future trends, along with new product releases.
Manage showroom, including phone & email enquiries.
Deliver accurate product knowledge when assisting customers, both in our showroom & by phone/email.
Offer excellent customer service, ensuring you exceed expectations
Ensure all leads generated by Build & Design Centre are contacted and implement a lead follow up system.
Prepare quotations based on customer requirements & follow these through the following stages:
Follow up of quotation to ensure all customer requirements are met
Closing of sale & processing of payment
Prepare internal & supplier purchase orders
Manage stock coordination and deliveries out of Melbourne Warehouse direct to customer.
Meet & exceed sales targets / KPI's
Manage showroom displays to ensure they are kept relevant & maintain relationships with key suppliers.
Manage after sales & warranty issues & coordinate rectification with relevant supplier.
Attend & present (where necessary) at relevant seminars conducted by Build & Design Centre
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years experience in a showroom sales role/or similar.
Experience selling bathroom/kitchen product is essential (Further training will be provided.)
Ability to successfully multitask while working independently is crucial.
Experience in MYOB software is a bonus.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to provide in depth & detailed product information.
A passion for the industry & keeps up to date with trends and new releases.
Self-motivated and has a desire to achieve results.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday
Tues to Fri:9am 5pm Sat:10am 4pm
