Contract Administrator

OKeefe Plumbing and Gas are currently seeking highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our team.  The successful applicants will gain broad experience working in all aspects of commercial plumbing industry and will benefit from working in an experienced and focused team. 


  • Organise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
  • Programming and scheduling construction works. 
  • Progress claim assistance.
  • Answering client questions and request.
  • Regular dealings with the estimating department for the preparation of pre-construction procurement and documentation.


To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated project coordination, contract administration or estimating experience within the construction or 
  • Undergraduate or post graduate qualifications in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience working with computer aided design / drafting programs would advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to process and communicate technical information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise several competing tasks. 


A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated, dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience level. Hours offered dependent on the applicants preference and skill set. Position is for immediate start.
