Advans Exhibition Services is an Exhibition Trade Show Building Company established in 1954.
We require an experienced part-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for
Data Entry into Account Right Live Accounts Payable and Receivable Fortnightly Bank Reconciliations and manage banking duties as required Process weekly payroll through MYOB using STP reporting Follow up outstanding Debtors as required Preparation of quarterly BAS for lodgment by external accountant Preparation and lodgment of monthly PAYG Preparation, lodgment and payment of superannuation Liaise with external accountant for annual accounts, financial statements and tax returns General office admin and reception Provide assistance to the Manager as required Ad hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have
Minimum of 2 years' experience with MYOB Account Right, Administration, Accounts and Payroll.
Intermediate skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize. Be a team member but also able to work autonomously.
