The Opportunity The Development team work closely with our clients to maximise business returns for agricultural investments both, now and for future generations. They work with various other parts of the business, including, family office, tax and accounting, to ensure that the agribusiness service is integrated with all other services provided to the client. The primary purpose of the role is to provide a wholistic service to agricultural clients from management accounting & cashflow forecasting to bill paying & bookkeeping services and the provision of the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
Agricultural knowledge with at least 2 yrs. of experience in a similar role are mandatory,
Experience in preparing management accounts, cashflow forecasting to bill paying & bookkeeping services,
The provision of the payroll function for these agricultural properties. Including, Workcover, superannuation, monthly activity statements and all aspects of this area,
Demonstrated understanding of client services in a professional environment will also be viewed favorably,
Advanced MS Office– Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in MYOB and XERO packages.
A degree in Accounting or, a Cert in Accounting & Bookkeeping,
The ability to build trust and develop a working relationship with clients and farm managers,
Comfortable dealing on a daily basis with various enquires, from a variety of clients,
Maturity, discretion, and the ability to priorities workflow and be prepared to assist with administrative duties as and when needed.
