Due to our growth this year we are on the hunt for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our team. This person will have the following experience and attributes;

  • Minimum 3+ years as a Contract Administrator or Similar
  • Construction Knowledge and understanding
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or Similar
  • Well organised and intuitive
  • Effective and clear communicator
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle

You will be involved with the following responsibilities; 

  • Customer Relationship management with stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
    • Effective communication with all persons
    • Representing Standout Company image
    • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
    • Formulate open communication with Site Supervisor
  • Procurement Management of trades and suppliers.
    • Creation and facilitation of trade contracts
    • Documenting Scope of Works
    • Read and interpret all plans, documentation and specifications
  • Project Administration and Coordination
    • Managing end to end administration of projects ensuring they are on time, to quality, ensure safety standards and meet customer expectations.
    • Provide key support to the Project Manager
    • Office based in Highett, Vic
    • Attend Site meetings at various locations in South East/Bayside Melbourne
  • Compliance, Documentation and Quality Control
    • Managing all aspects relating to contractual and compliance matters
    • Managing documentation and files, ensuring all documents are current and communicated.
    • Utilising all Project Management software and programs
  • Projects Costs & Budgeting
    • Facilitating in Variation Quotations
    • Managing budget requirements within the project
    • Forecasting prospective costs
  • Corporate Governances, Policies and Risk Management
    • Contributing to the company culture and the effective governance of the organisation
    • Upholding integrity and work ethic
    • Ensuring company values


Salary negotiable depending on experience.
