THE ROLE
Due to our growth this year we are on the hunt for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our team. This person will have the following experience and attributes;
Minimum 3+ years as a Contract Administrator or Similar
Construction Knowledge and understanding
Bachelor of Construction Management or Similar
Well organised and intuitive
Effective and clear communicator
Ability to problem solve
Outgoing and confident
Drivers license and reliable vehicle
You will be involved with the following responsibilities;
Customer Relationship management with stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
Effective communication with all persons
Representing Standout Company image
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Formulate open communication with Site Supervisor
Procurement Management of trades and suppliers.
Creation and facilitation of trade contracts
Documenting Scope of Works
Read and interpret all plans, documentation and specifications
Project Administration and Coordination
Managing end to end administration of projects ensuring they are on time, to quality, ensure safety standards and meet customer expectations.
Provide key support to the Project Manager
Office based in Highett, Vic
Attend Site meetings at various locations in South East/Bayside Melbourne
Compliance, Documentation and Quality Control
Managing all aspects relating to contractual and compliance matters
Managing documentation and files, ensuring all documents are current and communicated.
Utilising all Project Management software and programs
Projects Costs & Budgeting
Facilitating in Variation Quotations
Managing budget requirements within the project
Forecasting prospective costs
Corporate Governances, Policies and Risk Management
Contributing to the company culture and the effective governance of the organisation
Upholding integrity and work ethic
Ensuring company values
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
