Paradise Kitchens are seeking a Receptionist/office all-rounder with a focus on good customer service for a well-established bathroom & kitchen showroom & manufacturing business based in Wetherill Park Area.
As a family-owned business with great brand name, your focus will be on providing a personal service to meet and greet customers who enter the showroom and to assist in providing office all-rounder support.
The role would suit someone with office administration/receptionist experiences and may want a change in lifestyle working closer to home.
The successful applicant must possess:

Presentable, motivated, hardworking and bubbly
Honest, reliable and have excellent manners
Must be able to work under pressure
Have own car and driver's license
Must be able to communicate well in English
Able to communicate well with fellow work colleagues
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Dedicated and punctual
Daily Banking and post office runs
Basic Administration/data entry
General receptionist duties including answering telephones, transferring calls, paging necessary people
Following up on quotations
Following up on Payments from customers
Entering Invoices & Quotes using Xero system
Ordering items from different suppliers
Local pick up and drop off run
Speaking with customers to find out their needs
Entering the Schedules for our sub-contractors into the calendar
Ability to work flexible hours if needed during busy periods
Attention to detail and accuracy
