ROLE An exciting opportunity for someone to step into a marketing executive role within an award-winning Individual Giving team for this global humanitarian aid charity. This is a unique opportunity for an out of the box thinker/ marketing professional looking to use their creative flair and build on their experience (with an interest in the not for profit sector) to drive engagement through developing innovative new products.
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, you will play a vital role in bringing new products into market that engage new audiences beyond traditional forms of fundraising.
You will provide innovative ways to give and engage with international development through crowdfunding campaigns and new forms of regular giving that enable supporters to give in different ways to how they have in the past. The role is busy and varied and will suit someone looking to build on their good knowledge of fundraising (direct marketing ideal but not essential) with strong project management skills, you will be creative, have good judgement with a strategic mindset and an ability to manage budgets.

Project manage marketing and communications activities.
Develop and deliver crowd funding campaigns, project managing multi-channel fundraising appeals with a focus on digital.
Develop and deliver regular giving conversion strategy.
Identify opportunities to develop strategic and creative acquisition activity.
Analyse and evaluate fundraising data and campaign analysis to drive retention strategy.
Support the Head of Individual Giving to develop fundraising strategy to drive growth from non -traditional audiences in Australia.
Manage budgets against team activities, ensure targets are met and deliver strong return on investment.
Represent the organisation internally and externally.
YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Previous experience in fundraising highly regarded but not essential (direct marketing, face-to-face or telemarketing)
Proven track record in project management, delivering against objectives and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent creative judgement with respect to images, copy and design.
Strong copywriting capabilities, able to tailor to different audiences.
Excellent analytical approach enjoys using data and evidence to understand drivers and inform decision making.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial attitude, able to analyse complex information to produce fundraising strategies.
Collaborative worker with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Tenacious and adaptable with a solution focussed attitude and ability to take initiative.
Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to manage relationships.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
An understanding of digital marketing and experience in its use within an organisational context or personally.
