Customer Support Representative

6 Month Position, 5 Days a week, Day shift.

The role:

1 x 3 Month Temp Contract

1 x 6 Month Temp Contract

Monday to Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Based on Brisbanes Southside

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls & emails
  • Assisting with placing of orders, prouct enquiries, product quoting & problem solving
  • Supporting customers with delivery schedules
  • Liaising with key staff members & other departments
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Processing any returns & credit
  • Handling any discrepencies
  • Assisting with inventory control
  • Ensuring all product stock levels are kept correct and up to date
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting others when required

The successful applicant requires:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer care
  • A polite & professional phone manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Abiltiy to multi-task with high attention to detail
