About the Role
The CSI Project Coordinator is a full time 6 month contract role that leads and coordinates PSAs Communities of Specialty Interest (CSI) project.
The objective of the CSI project is to improve the governance and management of the PSAs special interest groups to provide a superior member benefit.
This objective is underpinned by reforming the CSI governance model, to better align with PSAs strategy and implement a digital platform for effective engagement and collaboration.
Consultation with CSI Chairs, members and branch subcommittees and other key stakeholders on revised CSIs governance model
Detailing the roles and responsibilities of the CSI positions and defining the terms of reference
Defining CSIs secretariat responsibilities and the governance support services to CSI
Develop a collaborative digital platform on Salesforce community cloud, to enable virtual operation of CSIs
Implementation of a governance model and digital platform for the following CSIs: - Early Career Pharmacist - GP Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy - Rural and Remote Practice
Implementation to include: - Recruiting leadership group - Allocating practice and interest group members - Setting up the digital platform for each particular CSI - Agree deliverables for each CSI and expected timeline
The deliverables include:
CSI Terms of Reference
Position description and development for the CSI Leadership group
Digital platform setup for each of the CSIs
CSIs calendar of activities and deliverables
Launch promotion of the CSIs
Key Selection Criteria
To be eligible for this role you will have essential requirements such as:
Project coordination skills
Previous experience in a similar role undertaking management support functions
Previous experience in working with the application of an organisations Constitution and its activities
A working knowledge of corporate governance and good governance practice
Solid business writing skills to support the preparation of high level correspondence including preparation of papers and minute taking
Excellent computer skills which include high levels of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce
Strong team and interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders including members, industry staff, technical experts in pharmacy, academics and high profile government representatives
The ability to take initiative and maintain a proactive approach to work flow and the requirements of the organisation
Excellent time management, motivation and attention to detail
