Hi there, we're Five Good Friends a modern Home Care provider helping our aged and disabled loved ones, live connected and engaged lives in the homes and communities they love. We are made up of good people empowered by helpful software. We help our customers (we call them Members) live vibrantly in their own homes by wrapping an entire care team around them and their families. Our software loops everyone together so care teams get the right information and families know what's going on. Our Members tell their story once and care teams do the rest.

Good people who want to make a difference, empowered by clever software is how we do care differently and the reason why we're invited back into the homes of our Members over 13,000 times per month. Our Ambassador Ita Buttrose AC OBE helped launch Five Good Friends in 2016. Since then we have grown rapidly as people desire our truly customer focused service.

We now have the honour of helping Members and their families in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and TAS and are very proud to have industry leading customer satisfaction scores. People really do love Five Good Friends. We are now looking for a caring and motivated person to join our 'Member Services' team so we can keep getting exceptional outcomes for our Members and their families

About the role

Our Member Services Team are the first point of contact for our Five Good Friends members. We work to answer the members enquiry and coordinate across the business where necessary to provide an outcome.

It is a very diverse role but also extremely rewarding when we make one of our members days just a little bit better, or we help a family member worried about their loved one.

The team is passionate about providing excellent customer service and positive experiences to our members.

About You

You are a positive and proactive person seeking a fast-paced and dynamic environment who has:

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience providing customer service over the phone.
• Strong knowledge base of Home Care Package and NDIS funding.
• A strong problem solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy of our data/systems.
• Ability to respond to a busy call queue and make outbound calls where required.
• Resilient, calm, compassionate when engaging with clients who maybe heightened or escalated.

Desirable attributes:

• Qualification in the human services/ community field
• Experience in the Aged Care and disability sector
• Experience in Case Management
