Join this award-winning Inner-City studio and contribute to the design and delivery of multi-residential projects that have beautiful designs and big budgets. They are looking for confident Architects and Experienced Graduates with proven abilities across all stages of design and delivery. You will have excellent working knowledge of ArchiCAD, specifically in teamwork files, and rigorous documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative with a close-knit team on multi-residential projects
• Ensure high-quality design and documentation throughout
• Coordinate with consultants and manage external meetings
• Be involved in multiple projects simultaneously
• Produce design resolutions autonomously and create well-detailed finishes

 

Skills and Experience

• Effective and neat documentation style
• Proven abilities to manage a project across all stages
• Developed experience with local codes, including the ADG
• Professional communication skills
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage external consultants
• Exceptional detailing skills and strong material knowledge
