We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and eager to learn individual looking for their first step into the transport and logistics industry, joining our Customer Service team in based Wetherill Park. Recent graduates highly encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities                      

• Daily liaison with Agents and Australia wide depots
• Provide support for both transport and warehouse admin functions.
• Disciplined and results driven with accurate data entry required
• Involvement in all aspects of Service with strong adherence to process application including discrepancies and project development enquiries
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and have the ability to communicate effectively where results are not possible

Experience

• Strong Admin and Data Analysis experience is desirable but not a must.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, with strong focus on Excel & Outlook
• Transport (Road & Freight Forwarding) experience highly regarded but not essential.

• Must be enthusiastic and prepared to learn all aspects of the transport business in a customer focused environment.
• Outgoing personality and ability to fit seamlessly with a friendly team.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to analyse and present data.
• Strong time management and organisational skills that allow you to effectively prioritise tasks.
• Ability to multi task and willingness to learn process
• Must have a positive attitude with a problem solving mindset

Pre Employment
