Our multi-service financial group is expanding and we are seeking to employ an administrative assistant in our growing business on a full-time basis.
We are located in Abbotsford and our small team is comprised of a highly motivated, extremely focused group of professionals who provide quality advice in a timely manner to our client base. As finalists for the 2020 Australian Accounting Awards for best multi-service firm of the year we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service and are looking for a new addition to our team who takes the same pride in their work.
Job tasks and responsibilities;
Provide support to senior staff
Liaise with clients and assist with their enquiries
Sort, file & send daily post
Answer phone calls as required
Oversee the work inflows and outflows
Lodge information with the Australian Taxation Office
Lodgement of tax returns
Manage senior staff appointments
The person we are seeking will require the following;
A minimum 2 years administrative experience
Be accurate and detailed
The ability to work in a dedicated financial environment
Confidently liaise with clients both on the telephone and via email
Familiar with MS Office suite Excel & Word in particular
Familiar with ATO Portal
The successful candidate will ideally;
Be well organised
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be detailed in all facets of their work.
Be personable and enjoy working with other professionals.
Experience with website development (Wordpress/Elementor) is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience with ASIC/Prime Cloud is also highly regarded
