Hourly rate for this role is based on award, currently between $11.49-$18.51 p/h depending on years since leaving school

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated recruitment resourcer to join our Australia team.
We are looking for a driven individual with excellent written English, strong attention to detail and a good phone manner whilst offering full training, opportunities and the support you need to build a successful career whilst completing a formal qualification in Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business.
Your Profile Will Demonstrate:
Minimum 1 Years' work experience, ideally within sales or a fast-paced customer service role;
Fast and accurate data entry skills;
High attention to detail
The ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Excellent MS Office and general IT skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
Work closely alongside the CEO to measure results and reduce their administrative workload.
Candidate attraction - Social Workers and Psychologists through adverts, social media posting etc.
Candidate selection - Screening candidates and assessing suitability for roles over the phone, shortlisting, assessing and interviewing candidates;
Customer service - taking job orders from clients, matching candidates to vacancies
Produce candidate documents, client reports and internal management information;
Support the sales team in all day-to-day activities;
Manage the database from an administrative perspective ensuring data entry and accuracy;
Facilitate and arrange client and candidate interviews;
Assisting with developing and managing marketing campaigns.
