You will be responsible for providing excellent service and delivering high quality advice to our customers. Our communication and engagement program ensures that a regular and growing number of customers are seeking advice. To ensure that you can focus your energy on providing personal advice, you will be supported by a paraplanning and advice assistant team. Were also investing heavily in technology to make advice clearer and more accessible for customers, whilst driving efficiencies that make life easier for our advisers and dedicated team members.

You demonstrate excellent communication skills across a wide range of customers

Your experience and qualifications
You have a minimum 3-5 years experience providing personal advice
You have successfully contributed to business outcomes as an Authorised Representative in a KPI driven environment
You have passed the FASEA Financial Adviser exam
You have experience with Midwinter / XPlan and the Microsoft Office Suite
Your FPA (or similar) membership demonstrates your professional commitment
You are experienced in all aspects of personal advice with your knowledge extending across Super, investment and insurance solutions
You have tertiary and/or advanced diploma qualifications in financial planning
