Client Satisfaction Officer

Wise Accounting, a digitally progressive accounting practice in Busselton, is looking for a motivated, professional and friendly staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the client experience is first class by attending to the following tasks:

  • Liaising with clients, via telephone, email and in person and assisting where possible.
  • Daily attendance to all practice communications, including digital collection and processing of ATO mail.
  • Attend to collation of documents for completed works (including uploading to our secure digital portal).
  • Preparation and monitoring of ASIC documents and lodgement obligations.
  • Scheduling of appointments for the director and other technical staff as required.
  • Assistance with social media presence, developing marketing opportunities, our own portal homepage updating and client update deliveries.
  • Dealing with any ad-hoc administration tasks that may require attendance; and any tasks that may be requested by the director on occasion.

We have several technology tools in place that assist in the completion of these duties, and we will of course, assist you in your learning throughout the role development. The role is casual to commence, with flexible working arrangements possible, however, the role is an in-office one. The core days are Monday and Friday, with the third day to be tailored to best suit the applicant and the practice. The expected hours per week are 22.5 (3 x 7.5) however, primary caregivers looking to to return to the workforce are encouraged to apply, as the core hours can be tailored to suit personal obligations, such as schooling (e.g 9am to 3pm etc).
