Warehouse Supervisor

This position is based out of our Perth warehouse.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing product supply company. We require a highly motivated and professional warehouse supervisor, ideally with previous experience handling high quality building products. 

About you:

• Previous warehousing experience using up to date systems
• Strong experience gained within a distribution centre
• Keen to make a difference and improve systems and processes.
• Personable and capable of leading and motivating a small team.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Approachable and professional manner when dealing with customers
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge and practice of OH&S policies and procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Leading warehousing operations.
• Driving improvement initiatives.
• Stock accuracy improvements and loss reduction.
• Ability to delegate tasks to your team and coordinate their timely completion
• Supervising and ensuring a high degree of care with stock handling.
