We design, manufacture and install commercial washrooms and end of trip facilities and supply a range of washroom accessory products.
We are seeking an Office Assistant who will work with our Office Manager to carry out a range of general administration, reception and warehouse duties as noted below.
This is an entry-level position however, relevant experience and those who have completed higher education will be highly regarded. Excellent IT skills are essential.
This position requires the following:
Reception and general administration duties
Data entry and stock control
Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
Booking of couriers and handling dispatch
Ad hoc warehouse duties (pick/pack orders, re-stocking)
General office and housekeeping duties

Sound planning and organization skills
Able to work well under pressure
