Administration officer

Position information 

Administration performs general clerical tasks, generally on behalf of others in the organisation to assist in the successful operation of the business.

Summary of role 

To provide administration-based support services to ZOI employees, students enrolled in courses with ZOI Education, and third-party providers engaged by ZOI Education.

All staff work in a team environment in which staff must strive to demonstrate and model best practice principles in all their work practices. Position descriptions serve to guide but not limit staff in the application of their work duties. All staff are encouraged to contribute to ZOI Educations procedures and systems through formal review processes, supervision, team meetings and informally as the need is identified.

ZOI Education is committed to ensuring the quality of services provided across of all of its operations this includes training and assessment services and processes, student support, customer service and effective management of the business and its staff. This includes ensuring the quality of any services provided on ZOI Educations behalf by third parties. ZOI Education ensures that effective systems, policies, procedures, and resources are in place to ensure the quality delivery of all services. 

ZOI Education wants to create a training organisation that places a strong emphasis on continued practical placements. Our trainers will have extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and be passionate and committed about the delivery of our course. The emphasis will be on igniting the passion within our students and ensuring they understand the importance of their role knowing that their practices can and will shape and mould the children of the future. We want our students to be passionate about early childhood understanding that this career path and not just a job. 

Reports to

Business Operations Manager


Liaises with:

Education Manager, Trainers, Admissions Team, Sales and Marketing, CEO, third party providers (as requested)

Key Position Behaviours

  • At least 1 year experience working in an RTO who have international education market in Australia
  • Excellent skills in Microsofts, especially Excel and Word
  • Capable and efficient in using CRM system - Wisenet preferred
  • Maintain Office Suppliers and Manager 3rd partners bills
  • Record keeping and Administration
