This highly reputable Managed Service Provider with a reputation for being best in class is looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to join their Brisbane-based team.
This experienced BDM will be tasked with bringing in new customers and will require solid experience in selling ICT / Managed services ranging from private Cloud, Managed IT services through to Voice, Data and Software Development services.
The primary purpose of your role as the Business Development Manager is to develop new business opportunities within the Brisbane market across all of their ICT service offerings whilst maintaining existing customers.
A highly competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure and achievable targets await you. You will also have a dedicated presales team in Brisbane at your disposal whilst working with 1 other BDM and a team of Account Managers. Great vibe.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sell new business ICT Managed Services.
Lead Generation - New prospects
Revitalising old prospects/leads
Respond to leads
CRM Use, Administration as well as Training & Development
Build an accurate and viable pipeline
Manage and grow new accounts
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated with a consultative approach to managed services / solution sales and demonstrate a strong commitment to both prospects and clients
You will have a self-starter mindset and thrive on engaging and talking to customer stakeholders at all levels.
A focus on strong business management will be an important part of the role, including planning, forecasting, revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.
You will also have a well-structured sales approach to new business development opportunities, pipeline management, and leveraging your existing relationships in the industry to drive new business and channel partnerships.
This requires a successful BDM with a proven track record within a similar BDM environment and a passion for sales.
