Business Development Manager (New Business)

The Media Precinct operates in a highly competitive landscape and as the Business Development Manager, you have an important responsibility to make a significant contribution to our continued growth.

What should you consider before you get in touch with us

How much do you really back yourself to deliver strong sales results in a highly competitive environment  

Does your natural sales approach allow you to connect with people and build rapport

Are you enthusiastic with a methodical approach, but can easily shift focus and direction when its called upon

 

You are proactive and dont need someone to tell you what to do every step of the way, well give you guidance and all the tools you need, but it is down to you to do something with it.

 

Why do you think youll be successful in this role

You are more likely to succeed if you have media experience, through an agency, media owner or client side and you have a strong workable network of contacts.

 

The nuts and bolts of your day to day.

Prospecting, you will make noise and start conversations.

You will present, you will uncover business needs, you will create opportunity.

You will work with internal teams to deliver responses to the briefs you have uncovered

Success is taking a prospect from outreach to discovery to conversion.

Not forgetting to do all the stuff that helps you to stay on top of your targets, managing your pipeline, forecasting and  weekly reporting.
