ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the General Manager, the Warehouse Manager ensures the efficiency of the receivals, warehousing and distribution functions by providing outstanding leadership and driving continuous improvement activities.
  
Key responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and sustain a high performance team culture
• Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of products
• Inspect goods on arrival, rental equipment, product from suppliers and customer returns
• Manage stock control and reconcile with ERP system
• Adhere to warehousing, handling and shipping legislation 
• Optimise performance by implementing best practice systems and processes
• Actively drive a strong safety culture
• Provide strong visible leadership to functional area

ABOUT YOU
  
We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Production & Warehouse Manager who has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a high-pressure environment.  You will be hands on with a talent for operating in a lean and agile manner, results driven and have the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  
To be successful in this role you will require:

• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management including international logistics
• Outstanding leadership skill
• Strong customer service and communication
•  Current forklift licence
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office and ERP software

Qualifications in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management is not essential but would be an advantage.
