Novacorr Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join their team as Operations Manager at their premises in Bells Creek.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be an effective team leader responsible for the development and implementation of Novacorr's budgets, production schedules, work in progress and productivity strategies. You will ensure jobs are completed safely, to scope of work, within budget, and supported with required documented quality checks. You will also ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and standards including Work Health and Safety and ISO 9001 Quality Management systems.

This role requires an experienced, energetic, and detail focused individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong work ethic.

3 months probationary period
