Administrative Assistant

 

Pascale Legal is reputable and highly regarded law firm located in a high end and purpose built premises in the northern suburbs. The firm has 6 solicitors practicing in the areas of family law, criminal law, wills, estates and care & protection. We are a busy practice who is driven to provide the best service possible to clients and achieve the best possible outcomes in matters. 

We are a dynamic, friendly and professional firm who require an administrative assistant to join our team and support our solicitors and other administrative team members. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential with knowledge in trust accounting and time billing being highly regarded. 

Tasks will involve but are not limited to:- 

  • Filing;
  • Scanning;
  • Reception duties;
  • Collating documents;
  • Archiving;
  • Keeping client databases up to date;
  • Processing payments and invoicing;
  • Creating new files and attending to conflict checks;
  • Debt collection.
