We are looking for a proven and experienced Finance Planning & Reporting Manager to play an integral role in the success of the organisation. Leading the development and management of financial plans aligned to the strategic plan, you will implement insightful performance reporting as well as leading engagement across the organisation and support functions to ensure that system resources are used effectively and efficiently. You will have primary responsibility for coordinating the companys forecasting and financial planning processes and providing comprehensive and insightful management reporting, analysis and advice on complex financial issues.

To be Successful

  • CA/ACCA/CPA membership and Tertiary accounting qualification or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior financial roles leading organisational planning, forecasting and reporting within a complex organisation and proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong background in business partnering roles providing high level advice and expert analysis on all aspects of business performance and planning to senior management with proven success in value add and process improvement.
  • Experience managing and developing corporate performance management, business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
  • Manipulating large datasets and integrating financial and operational data to develop financial models and provide analysis on operating performance.
  • Extensive leadership, team facilitation and coordination skills including the ability to mentor staff whilst building a cohesive responsive team that delivers excellent customer focused services.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements.
