As our team and operations grows, there could not be a more critical role as the trainee manager. For the successful candidate, the sky is the limit for opportunity at Advantage Air. No day is the same at Advantage Air. Working within the vibrant and passionate team, some of the task you will perform will be:

• Managing day to day operations of office/warehouse
• Handling customer online and phone enquiries
• Building strong rapport with new and existing clients
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards in all areas of the role
• Be a part of the aftercare of the product

• Strong written and communication skills
• Exceptionally customer service
• Previous leadership and/or management experience is desired but not necessary
• Ability to work autonomously and a desire to contribute within the team environment
