Wedderburn is a very well-established company and a leading supplier/service provider of weighing equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.

You will join an experienced and dedicated team becoming proficient with the operation and technical aspects of hardware and software products, such as PC based retail weighing systems.

 Some of your duties will include:

  • Hardware and Software fault analysing
  • Creating detailed reports of problem findings & proposed solutions
  • Modifying software configurations to meet customer requirements
  • Database analysis and repairs
  • Assisting with training and fault diagnostics
  • Maintaining and creating technical documentation

 This role requires an individual who possesses a dedication to providing excellent customer service, a 'can do' attitude, and the following;

  • Appropriate qualifications in an associated field or industry experience
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10 embedded & applications
  • PC/Networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of reporting software is favourable (e.g. Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting)

 The ideal candidate should posses the following attributes:

 Excellent analysis and problem solving skills, for Intel based hardware and Windows & Linux software
