We are searching for an organised and energetic fashion lover, someone who is switched on and ready to take control of their role.

This role will focus on all customer service enquiries & customer communications through direct and social channels. Facilitate online sales and ensure all online orders are successfully delivered in a timely manner. While also ensuring that our internal logistics run smoothly & stock levels are kept up to date.
About the role:
Responsible for all online sales channels administration.
Processing, packing & managing all online orders, exchanges and returns, accurately and efficiently
Managing & actioning incoming calls, chats, emails and social media comments from customers within a timely and effective manner
Manage, accept in, count and update inventory both online and in the onsite warehouse.
Work alongside management in developing and executing strategies to improve KPIs
Working Monday Friday 8.30am-12.30pm
