Office Administration Personnel

The  Barreau Hotel Group is currently seeking experienced  Office Administration personnel for the Sundowner Hotel Motel situated in Whyalla, South Australia.

The Sundowner Hotel Motel offers a Sports Bar, Bistro, Alfresco dining area, Gaming Bar, 33 machine Jackpot gaming room, 37 luxury motel units & Thirsty Camel bottle-shop

Reporting directly to the Hotel Managers and Barreau Hotel Group Administration Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for Motel bookings, cash balancing, accounts receivable/payable & gaming machine analysis for the Hotel

the position will offer 25 plus hours per week 

Successful applicants must be able to work

on a flexible roster

Ideally the applicants must have:

Demonstrated previous experience in a similar office role.

An energetic and outgoing personality

A 'hands-on' approach.

The ability to meet high expectations of customer service at all times. 

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

Able to work accurately in a fast paced environment.

Excellent personal presentation & grooming standards.

Strong problem solving & resolution skills.

Excellent time management skill

Ability to supervise and train staff

Excellent computer skills & phone manner

The following experience will be highly regarded but not essential

  • RMS or similar accommodation software
  • H&L or similar point of sale systems
  • Aristocrat Gaming Analysis
  • Accounts receivable/payable
