Duties of the role included but are not limited to:
Administration of HIA contracts in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and specific contract requirements and providing administrative and clerical assistance to the team as required in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Serving customers both face to face and over the phone, process orders, respond to enquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information as the first point of contact.
