APlus Accounts Management is working with one their clients who is seeking an experienced Accounts/Office All-rounder to be part of its team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts/Office All Rounder to join one of Perths high profile Landscape Construction companys which specialises in commercial, civic and institutional projects.
About the role
As a member of the Accounts/Administration team, you will be responsible for the coordination of Accounts Processing for the prompt production of financial statements according to established procedures and statutory requirements.
Key duties include, but not limited to:
Daily Bank Reconciliation
Assist with Payment Runs
Reception Duties including maintaining office supplies, answering phones etc
Ad hoc duties to support finance month end process.
An ability to perform with a high degree of self-responsibility and exercise initiative.
Confident to work autonomously in a small office environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Competence in the use of excel and word.
Good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2-3 years Experience in a similar role.
Cheops experience preferred but not required
