Music Business Development and Operations Manager

GiggedIn is best known for its live music subscription service which has worked with thousands of events and artists. Since COVID though, weve gained a lot of traction in a short amount of time with our latest product called, Follow Co, and were looking for someone to help take it to the next level.

This exciting role will have you working closely alongside our Founder & CEO to grow our latest product called Follow Co (~80% of your time) whilst helping with operations for the core GiggedIn business (~20% of your time) while we wait for a huge resurgence in live (hopefully) later this year.

You will learn A LOT in this role and this isnt your average job. Youll play a crucial role as part of the core team, hungry to achieve big things. You will wear a lot of hats as we work through all areas of the business (Sales, marketing, product development, operations, more).

Who you are:

• Music Industry Experience 2+ years or more (could be from live, recordings, or other)
• Good with email and written communication skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Youre good at wearing multiple hats. e.g. One day we could be focused on sales and meetings, the next focused on developing a new product pricing structure, the next focused on managing our team and creating processes etc.
• An Australian/NZ resident capable of working remotely

Bonus Points if you:

• Have a passion for music and growing artists with relevant experience. E.g. Mgmt, Label, Agent, other.
• Have experience in a sales / business development role
• Strong existing relationships within the music industry

What youll do:

• Build new relationships with Managers, Labels, Artists globally. I.e. emails and meetings
• Assist with product development. e.g. Brainstorming sessions to evolve product roadmap working alongside wider team
• Assist with operations for GiggedIns original core live events business. E.g. Working alongside partner agents, promoters. Assisting with customer service, more.
