Accounts Assistant

Exciting new position within a growing business, Full time permanent position, Established local business.

We are a well established family business which has been operating successfully for 40 years. We are expanding and are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Service Centre Team.


The role will include the following: 
Reception duties - phones, visitors to the office, messages, appointment setting 
Basic accounts work including data entry, invoices etc 
Liaison with clients and colleagues 

Warranty processing
Word Processing, Filing, Data Entry 
Hospitality for visitors to the office 
Maintenance of office and kitchen supplies 
General administrative support 

****Previous experience is a prerequisite****

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: 
Excellent written and spoken communication skills 
Strong computing skills 
The desire to succeed and progress in your career. 

This is a full time role.
