Administration Officer

An opportunity is now available for an Administration Officer to join our friendly accountancy team at STA Solutions on a Full Time basis. We are a team of Accountants specialising in Superannuation, Taxation, Accounting and Business Advisory.

The person we are seeking to add to our team must have a friendly personality, present well and must be able to deal with client enquires efficiently and professionally.  

The Role includes:

General office duties including, reception, meet and greet clients, report binding, scheduling of client meetings, liaising with the Tax Office, postage and banking.

Practice Administration duties including managing debtors and creditors, client database management, prepare internal reports for management meetings, manage our workflow, tax lodgement programme and company lodgement programme. 

The successful applicant will posses;

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organisation Skills
  • Competent Literacy and Numeracy Skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised and within a team
  • Exceptional Time Management Skills.
  • Be an Interactive Team member

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous experience in a professional Office
  • Working knowledge of MYOB and/or Xero
