Located in Banjup, Supermarkets West Pty Ltd is the administration centre for a group of highly successful independent supermarkets. 

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant in a small team you will be exposed to a broad range of marketing and administrative disciplines.

Your role will include:

• Catalogue administration and co-ordination
• Assisting management with product and sales data analysis
• Proof reading catalogues and ensuring accurate information goes to print
• Communication and interaction with graphic designer, suppliers, buyers and internal departments
• Assisting senior management

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent data entry skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office with proven ability in using Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel.
• Possess initiative and pro-active approach
• Able to wok autonomously
