The Company

MHTG is based in the NSW city of Wagga Wagga and has been transformed into a specialised provider of training & assessing in the transport, construction and resources industry with Trevor & Kim Heath as the Managing Directors and business owners.


The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant. The role is full time Monday - Friday. The successful candidate must like working in a team environment as well as independently and will enjoy being an integral part of a growing company, and its success. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the company and ensuring the day runs smoothly.

Daily tasks

  • Reception duties
  • Greeting Clients
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Data entry, filing and archiving
  • Photocopying
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Confirming Bookings
  • Responding to emails

  • Willingness to learn
  • Smart presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A great telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, ability to follow directions with a high level of accuracy.
