Administration Trainee

This is an opportunity for an entry-level candidate that offers a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration while working full time. This role would ideally suit a school leaver looking for a start in administration.

Duties will include:
Administration, filing, reporting
Answering and transferring calls
Maintaining the office
Data entry 
General accounts processing. 

The successful applicant must have:

Wanting to study towards a Certificate III or IV Business Administration through a government traineeship
Professional presentation
Welcoming, positive attitude, team player and willing to help others with tasks and duties
Punctual and reliable
Pleasant phone manner
High level of communication (both written and verbal)
Computer literate (experience with Microsoft Office applications)
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software/systems

Driver licence 

This is an entry level position which includes a Certificate III in Business traineeship through Tafe or registered training organisation. This role suits those with little employment experience or recent school leavers.

This position is full time, working Monday to Friday.
